Kenny Chesney and New Jersey: Perfect together!

Chesney, who will release his much-anticipated new album ‘Welcome to the Fishbowl’ on June 19, is making a promotional pit stop in the great state of New Jersey to play a free show down the shore the day after his album drops.

On June 20, Chesney will perform a free, 75-minute concert on the beach, at an outdoor stage of Morey’s Pier in Wildwood, which is nestled in the southern portion of the Garden State. Erase those notions of Snookie, the Situation and other ‘Jersey Shore’ castmates, as this is a totally different region of Jersey’s famed beach communities.

While the show is indeed free, there is a condition. Actual tickets are still required for entry into the gig. Chesney’s fan club, as well as American Express cardmembers, can nab tickets via Ticketmaster now.

What about the rest of you? Well, the remaining tickets will be made available on Monday, June 11, at 10 AM ET. They’re sure to go fast, so if you want to go, have Ticketmaster on speed dial. What could be better than a hot summer night, enjoying the sounds of the one and only Kenny Chesney? He’s sure to perform brand new songs, mixed with all the hits.
