Josh Turner is keeping busy in the weeks leading up to his much anticipated performance at the DECC on September 30, when Thomas Square and newcomer Eric Paslay open for him.  Don't miss out, get your tickets [here].

He has been traveling the United States and recording live music for a CD entitled the same, "Live Across America".  It goes on sale next Tuesday, August 27, but you'll need to go to a special place to purchase it.Many of the Country Artists are release CD's with a restaurant called Cracker Barrel.  Since we don't have that resource locally, they will be making it available on line.  You'll be able to purchase Live Across America next Tuesday, August 27 [here].  You can also hit up  Amazon.com, and on iTunes. The album will feature live performances of all your faves, like “Long Black Train,” “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” “Your Man,” as well as his never-before-released version of Waylon Jennings’ “America.” The performances were recorded at 12 different live shows from his 2012 tour, which continues through December.  It will be his follow up CD to another one available from Cracker Barrel for his 2007 release, Josh Turner—Live at the Ryman.

Josh liked the idea of people being able to say, I was at that concert when he recorded this song, while listening to the CD.
