Jim Paine Declares Win In Superior Mayoral Race

Polls closed and it was announced shortly after at Jim Paine's election party at the Cedar Lounge that he beat out Brent Fennessey in the April 4th, election. 

According to unofficial results from Jim Paine's campaign, it shows that Paine received 58% of the vote, compared to Brent Fennessey's 42%.  He gave an acceptance speech shortly after 8:30 P.M.  Tuesday.

Once again, this is according to Jim Paine's campaign and official results as of now haven't been published on the Douglas County website.   Keep checking back for updates on the election.
