It’s The Nitty Gritty Dirtband with the Perfect Country Throwback For This Weekend [VIDEO]

It's a busy weekend with Mother's Day on Sunday, but for my Country Throwback this week I'm going to focus on the Minnesota Fishing Opener with The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

Released in 1987, "Fishin' In The Dark" became a #1 hit for the group and it's really stood the test of time.  We still get requests for the song and as soon as you hear that opening guitar riff, you know exactly what song it is.
