It’s National Safe Place Week in Duluth [VIDEO]

Duluth Mayor Don Ness proclaimed that this week is "National Safe Place Week" in Duluth.  It's a great way to pay tribute to a program that many people may not know exists.

Safe Place is an outreach program that provides immediate safety to young people in crisis.  Our partners at KBJR-TV covered the announcement and produced this report.
