This is Tessa, just one of two Animal Allies Pets of the Week this time around.  According to Daryl at Animal Allies, Tessa has a bonded relationship with another lab and would like to see the two of them adopted together to the same forever home.  This makes them eligible for the buddy program discount - $50 off the total.

Every Wednesday at 8:10 Ken and I talk with Daryl Yankee from Animal Allies about the Pet of the Week.  This week is very unique because the two labs have become besties!   [more adoptable pets]

First, meet Tessa, a brown Labrador who is 6 years old.  Tessa is calmer than Smokey and can be a little shy warming up to people. She loves to nap in her big comfy bed and is a big fan of chewing stuffed animals. Tessa really doesn't want to leave Smokey behind in her search for a new home, so they have to go home together. They both are reported to get along well with kids, cats, and other dogs. Tessa has been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated.

This is Smokey, a black Labrador who is 4 years old. Smokey is the more energetic and playful between he and Tessa.  His favorite games are fetch and tug of war. Smokey would be devastated to leave Tessa behind in his search for a new home, so they have to go home together. Again, both are reported to get along well with kids, cats, and other dogs. Smokey has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. If you are interested in adopting this adorable pair, please visit them at Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or give call 218-722-5341 for more information!
