Is This the Greatest Mugshot Ever?
No, it’s not Louis CK, but it might be the greatest mugshot we’ve ever seen.
The photo above is 35-year-old Sean Payne who was arrested by police in Humble, TX. They grabbed Mr. Payne outside a bar early one morning and he might have had one, or ten, too many delicious alcoholic beverages. Such an antsy Nancy, Mr. Payne couldn’t even sit still for his mugshot.
Police had to hold his head, arms and shoulders down and sing ‘Soft Kitty’ until Payne would pose.
