Is It Ok To Wear Brown Shoes With Blue Or Gray Dress Pants For Men?

I don't know if you have been noticing it, but I sure have.  Some men have been wearing brown dress shoes with black, blue, and gray pants.  Traditionally, the idea is that your shoes should match your belt.  They should also be close to the same shade as your pants.  Celebrities are leading the way too it seems.
