I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sang and danced to this song since I first heard it in the 90′s. Now I like many different genres of music, so this latest version from Buck 22 featuring Billy Ray doesn’t really bother me. It’s just a different style of the song. IT’s Billy Ray that has me shaking my head. He’s changed and WHOA, not sure if it’s for the better or if he’s following in Miley’s “I’ll do whatever I want” mode. [Warning: Video Contains Adult Content!]

I guess I never thought I would be writing a warning about one of Billy Ray Cyrus’ video due to risque’ content, but I definitely have to with this one.  The song “Achy Breaky Heart” was written by Don Von Tress and originally titled “Don’t Tell My Heart”.  Billy Ray wasn’t the first to perform it, The Marcy Brothers did in 1991.  A year later, Billy Ray Cyrus changed the name and put it on his 1992 album “Some Gave All”.

So, here it is Billy Ray Cyrus with rapper Buck 22, putting a little  “hip-hop spin” on an ole’ favorite.  The video made me say “holy crap!”, so I”m WARNING you now, GRAPHIC CONTENT, ADULTS ONLY.  Enjoy!  (I think)…..
