Any organization that has events have found themselves needing a location to hold it.  Maybe you've thought of the Head of the Lakes Fairgrounds and didn't know who to call.  Maybe you haven't thought about the fairgrounds, but now that I mentioned it, think it's a good idea.  There's a meeting coming up that you should attend, so you know the ins and outs of fairground usage.

They call it Fairground User-group, and the next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 22.  It will be held in the Youth Building on the fairgrounds, starting at 6:30p.

All user-groups are invited to attend!  Make sure that you have a couple representatives from your group who are willing to to speak on behalf of your organization.  Ask questions and give input.

If you've already used the fairgrounds, you may be asked to share information regarding needs or challenges that you experienced.

The future of the fairgrounds will also be discussed, so you'll get the inside scoop on the changing situation.

Again, the meeting is open to the public.  If you have questions, please call Joan at 715.395.1365.
