It's feast or famine!  It's either too cold or too hot!!!  The latter is what we expect for Monday through the evening.  At least it won't last long, but there are still precautions to take when it comes to your family, the elderly (especially neighbors) and your pets.Personally, I like it hot and humid but don't like to see others suffer in the heat.  Not only are our temps suppose to be in the high 80's into the 90's, but the humidity is really going to take it's toll. They say with the added dew point it could feel like 100!  Again, if you can hang in there, a cold front will hit Monday night into Tuesday and it will be much more comfortable.

The heat advisory the National Weather Service in Duluth has issued is in effect from 11a to 9p.

Their concern is that this is the first true heatwave we have had in our area and people are not accustomed to it.  When we had the first real "lay in the sun day", my daughter and I experienced heat/sun rash.  Never really had it before and I was told it was because my skin just wasn't use to it.  I've been out several times since then with no problem.

Heat related stress and illness can occur with the temps expected, especially in the very young and the elderly. Or, those without the comfort of an air conditioner.
