They are searching for 23 year old Justin Charles Dowell. He is a white male that stands 6 tall and weighs 160 lbs. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. Justin Dowell has a felony warrant for violation of probation stemming from Financial Transaction Card Fraud, Theft, and Possession of a Controlled Substance cases.
