Yesterday it was about 85 degrees outside, and about 78 degrees inside.  I was craving pizza, but I didn't want to pay $700 for delivery. (Ok maybe not that much...)  I also didn't want to heat up the house with the oven, so I grabbed a couple of Jack's Pizza's from the freezer.  I was a little nervous to throw them on the grill, but decided to chance it.

On the package it gives you instructions for a gas grill.  Charcoal won't work.  At least that's what the package says.  There's also this handy YouTube video:

It actually worked pretty good.  I had to keep checking it, rotating it, but the end result was pretty good!  The crust was crispier than if you do it in the oven, but that's ok with me!
