The last time we saw 18 year-old Penelope Soto, she was found in contempt of court and sentenced to 30 days in jail after flipping off a judge in the courtroom. After some soul searching, and I'm sure great advice from her lawyer, Soto has made amends.
CNN.com did this follow up story and, as you will see, she seems to have learned and grown from the experience and the court recognizes it.
