It's the time of the year when everyone makes sure they have enough hand sanitizer at work, we remind people to wash their hands and stay the heck home if they are sick, and people talk about getting the flu shot.  What can we expect for the 2013-2014 flu season?

Well, the one thing is that it's hard to predict but experts stress that unless you are in an 'at risk' category, you should get vaccinated not only for yourself but for those around you.  This is especially true if you are around children and seniors.

Ultimately, we can all increase the chances of making this flu season manageable if we first do the things necessary to take care of ourselves and pay close attention to how we feel.
