Now that Garth Brooks and his wife Trisha Yearwood have announced their relocation from Oklahoma to Nashville, they're cutting ties with another home -- saying goodbye to a prime piece of real estate in Malibu.

The 'Two Pina Coladas' singer and his wife are saying goodbye to the 'Bu' and selling their 4,236 square-foot home located on the prestigious Sea Lane Drive. Brooks purchased this ranch abode in 2008 for $4.95 million, and it holds 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a gorgeous kitchen with Viking appliances and a six-burner stove -- perfect for Chef Yearwood.

The home, which recently was listed for sale, sits on half an acre of wooded land and is just a stroll away from their private beach access on Paradise Cove Beach. It was built in the late 1950's and is absolutely stunning, with open living areas, stone tile flooring, clerestory windows, granite counter tops, and numerous fireplaces.

The master suite takes up one whole section of the home, and boasts a bathroom that's seriously enviable with a free-standing soaking tub and double-head shower that's glass enclosed. Ever the entertainers, the Brooks-Yearwood home was the perfect place to have guests over. Their outdoor area includes an outdoor fireplace, sport court, and of course, great access to the surf and sand.

Brooks and Yearwood aren't the only recognizable figures on this street; venture capitalist Aviv 'Vivi' Nevo and tennis player John McEnroe and wife Patty Smyth are also close to the residence.

Although the country couple may miss the palm trees and Californian weather, their relocation to Nashville makes sense with Brooks' comeback into country music now that their youngest child is headed to college.
