Frankie Ballard Enjoying His Biggest Hit With ‘Helluva Life’ [VIDEO]

When Frankie Ballard won Kenny Chesney's Next Big Star competition in 2008, he probably wondered if and when he'd actually be a big star.  After a couple of modest hits, he is currently riding a top 20 hit up the country singles chart.  Perhaps his time is now.
