2012 Dirty Chicks ATV Ride Hits the Trails in the Sturgeon Lake Area [PHOTOS]

About 100 ladies converged at Doc's Bar & Grill prepping for the first annual Dirty Chicks ATV Ride on May 5, 2012. The women hopped on their ATVs and rode the trails in and around General CC Andrews State Forest, stopping along the way at various designated locations.

As the hordes of pink-clad riders cruised the trails and collected some mud, spirits seemed to be high among riders; even with cool temperatures and some late-afternoon rain falling toward the end of the ride. While the ride was a great time, it also served to help a good cause. Riders brought donations for the WINDOW Victim Services and Carlton County Sexual & Domestic Abuse Program.
