Changes will be coming to the parking situation in Downtown Duluth and you have an opportunity to learn all about them at a special meeting next Thursday.

Thursday, April 25 the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce, along with the Greater Downtown Council, Canal Park Business Association and Visit Duluth invite you to learn more about proposed upcoming changes to on-street and off-street parking in downtown Duluth.

This includes substantial improvements to the East Superior Street Public Ramp and a pilot project on the street to allow for credit-card reading meters.

Survey responses from GDC members have helped formulate the proposed recommendations. Join us to learn more from our guest speakers:

  • Matthew Kennedy, City of Duluth Parking Manager
  • Tony Janowiec, Interstate Parking General Partner

The meeting will take place on April 25th from 8am - 9am in the Lake Superior and Lake Michigan rooms at the Holiday Inn and Suites, downtown Duluth.
