This week-end is Daylight Saving time! If you are still confused, think of the season, it’s FALL behind an hour. Another thing to remember is to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, yes, even if they are still good, change them. That way you know they’re fresh and ready to keep your family safe.

Yay!  An extra hour of sleep this weekend.  Remember to set your clocks behind an hour when you hit the sack on Saturday night, that way you'll be on time and ready to roll on Sunday morning.

Experts say that a change in your sleep pattern either way can mess with you, especially if you already have sleep issues.  However, they say while you may be tempted to stay out later because you gain an hour, you should stick to your routine to avoid the possibility of more sleep deprivation.

Another important thing that should be on your to-do list this weekend is to change the batteries in both your carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.  A tragic statistic can be reduced by adopting the simple habit of the "Change Your Clock Change Your Battery Program.”

It's an easy task to forget since we only do it twice a year, share this with your friends on social media, so we're all on time on Sunday morning!
