Mark your calendar for Saturday September 30, 2017! The Free Range Chicks are so excited to be hosting another “Junk in the Trunk” Fall Market. And we are celebrating a new location! We will be in the cute white vintage former church building that is on the corner of Cooke Street (4801), right up from Superior Street.
Junk in the Trunk Fall Market will be your mecca for all that is Chippy, Rusty, Shabby, Repurposed, Barn Finds, Farm Chic, Pickers, Flea Finds, UpCycle, Vintage and Antiques and quality handmade goods and food. After the success of last years “Junk In the Trunk” Fall Market and the “It’s A Chick Christmas” Holiday Bazaar, the Chicks have become known for hosting a fun and intimate market of quality vendors. Said the Chicks spokesperson Laura Goewey, “our mission is to bring spirited creatives together, giving our vendors and guests a fun and unique platform to make great connections.” We invite vendors to participate that enjoy the heart and soul of crafting, repurposing, and creative, authentic expression.”
We are holding the “Junk in the Trunk” Fall Market during the Lakeside - Lester River Rendezvous Days!! As part of the festivities North Shore Scenic Railroad will be running free train rides from the Duluth Depot to Lester River, with 3 stops along the way.
Admittance is free, and bring an appetite too! Duluth foodie favorites Ron and Wally, formerly of The Vintage Kitchen will be cooking a delicious lunch menu and treats.
