Garth Brooks will be performing 11 shows at Target Center in Minneapolis, MN from November 7 through November 15. The tickets being given away will be for one of the four shows listed below, and will be predetermined by the concert promoter: 6:30pm & 10:30pm on November 14th and 6:30pm & 10:30pm on November 15th.
