Eric Church‘s latest Showdown win is a testament to the North Carolina-born singer’s loyal fanbase. His new song ‘Springsteen’ topped superstars Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw and their duet ‘Feel Like a Rock Star’ by a nearly three to one margin. Last week’s win was one of the biggest in Showdown history.

Luke Bryan‘s fans will need to show equal enthusiasm for his new song called ‘Drunk on You’ in order to see it move on. The mid-tempo love ballad from the ‘Tailgates and Tanlines’ album paints a vivid picture of a couple falling for each other. The video frames the song as a continuation of the story told in the ‘I Don’t Want This Night to End’ video.

‘Springsteen’ is becoming a career song for Church. The nostalgic tribute to love lost and a man who’s written the soundtrack for so many romances is his fourth straight gold single. It’s already a Top 10 hit, aiming to be his second straight No. 1. Listen to both songs and decide which one you like best. You can only vote once (voting ends May 7 at 11:59PM ET), but you’re more than welcome to convince all your country-loving friends to weigh in as well.
