Duluth Voters Pass Parks & Library Referendum

A lot of interesting elections and referendums today to keep an eye on.  Other referendums didn't fare as well as our media partners report.

With 100% of precincts reporting, the Duluth city Parks & Library Referendum has passed with 58% of the vote.
