Duluth to Get New Waterfront Resort near Bayfront Festival Park [VIDEO]

The old Lafarge Cement Plant near Bayfront Festival Park doesn't exactly scream tourist attraction, but that location is about to become a Duluth vacation destination.

KBJR-TV is reporting that a new development called the Silos at Pier B, which will be a waterfront resort, will be built on the site of the aforementioned cement plant.  The new resort will have a 140 room hotel, that includes an event center, and restaurant.
