Duluth Police Department’s Public Notification of the Release of a Level III Predatory Offender

It's important to stay informed about your community and neighborhood.  The Duluth Police Department has sent a release letting us know the location of a Level III Predatory Offender.  Share with friends and family in the area.

His name is Wesley Gordon Vandell born on November 8, 1970.  He is currently living in the 700 block of Boundary Avenue.

He is a white male that stands 5'9" tall and weighs 154 pounds.  His eyes are blue, complexion is fair and build is slender.

Wesley Vandell has a history of sexual contact with victims (female, ages 13-16). Contact has included penetration. Offender also videotaped the assaults. Offender gained compliance by holding parties in his home and providing alcohol to victims. Offender was known to victims.
