Duluth Police Department Notifies Public Of Sex Offender Relocation

The Duluth Police Department has issued a release telling citizens of a level three sexual offender in the Duluth area.

David Houle, 55, is currently living by the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West in Duluth. Houle is described as a Native American male, 5' 10" tall and 208 lbs. according to the press release.
