Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force Need Your Help Locating An Individual

Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force are asking for the public’s help in locating a 30 year old man that has an arrest warrant for 5th degree possession of heroin and is wanted for questioning in multiple drug related charges.  Can you help?

They are looking for Raymond Valentino Bowser.  There has been additional arrest warrants issued for Bowser’s arrest, including some in a different state. A warrant for Bowser has been issued by the United States Marshall’s Service for an alleged violation of probation. At the time of the new alleged offenses Bowser was on federal probation distributing cocaine. Additionally there is an arrest warrant for Bowser in the state of Michigan for an assault charge.

As of last Friday, (03/13/15) another arrest warrant has been issued for Bowser’s arrest in Douglas County, WI. The arrest warrant is for Delivery of Heroin
