Well hurray for us, we've made the list of the worst winter cities in the United States.

Research was done and very specific factors were considered by the Farmer's Almanac while preparing this list.    Some of the statistics used were precipitation, wind, average temperatures, etc.   The cities also had to have a population over 50,000.

Farmer’s Almanac List of 5 Worst Winter Weather Cities in the U.S.

 

1. Syracuse, New York

2. Duluth, Minnesota

3.  Casper, Wyoming

4.  Cleveland, Ohio

5.  Detroit, Michigan

The editors also went into depth about why Duluth made the list explaining it had to do with frigid temperatures, and lake effect snow.
