Duluth Could Be Getting Two New Dog Parks [VIDEO]

Dog owners in the Northland have to be excited by the result of the City Council meeting this week, where to subject of new dog parks in Duluth was discussed.

NNCNow.com is reporting the that there is the potential to now open two new dog parks in Duluth.  The City Council resolution identified Russell Square and Observation Park as the best possible locations.

Those opposed say it limits what can be done in those parks by the general public, but others say that dog parks are a great thing to have in a community.  KBJR-TV had this report:
