In a Duluth City Council vote of 7-1, ridesharing companies like Uber and Lyft are going to be able to operate in Duluth.

With only Councilor Jay Fosle voting against it, ridesharing companies like Uber and Lyft will be able to operate in Duluth on April 27th, 30 days after the ordinance passed tonight. The added bonus for people around Duluth is that now you have another option to make a couple of extra bucks driving for these companies if you want.
