The DTA Transportation Center will be closing on Monday, April 25 because they are planning on closing Michigan Street for construction.  They expect the closure to last about 30 days.  That doesn't mean that the DTA service will be suspended, you just need to catch it at at different location.

Michigan Street needs utility repairs, electrical, gas, water and even steam will be worked on.  That means traffic will be limited and that will impact the Duluth Transportation Center.  Starting Monday, April 25 the DTA will begin utilizing the former Superior Street bus stops in front of the Holiday Center and the Transit Center East.

Eastbound buses will use the lower side of Superior Street, for westbound travelers you would use the Holiday Center stop on the upper side.

Director of Marketing, Heath Hickok says that the DTA Info booth will be available in the Transit Center East.  That's where passengers can purchase fare cards and passes there or at the Transit Vending Machine.
