Douglas County Holds FREE Immunization Clinic

If it’s time for your child’s immunization and you are a resident of Douglas County, consider the Immunization Clinic.

A Children’s Immunization Clinic will be held, Wednesday, April 4, from 1-5p at the Douglas County Department of Health and Human Services, 1316 North 14 Street, Superior, WI 54880.   All routine immunizations for children 6 months and older will be available. Please bring your immunization records with you.

Vaccines are given free to children who don’t have health insurance, are on M. A., or whose insurance doesn’t cover vaccines. A parent or guardian must be present to sign the authorization.
