We've had two back to back harsh winters in Northern Wisconsin.  The deer herd has not fared very well, and the DNR wants to suspend antlerless licenses for firearms and archery seasons to help the herd recover.  What do you think?

According to the radio tracking results from the DNR, a lot of deer have died over the winter.   40% of the juvenile deer have died since January 1st.  They are going to discuss the decision on May 28th.   The proposed suspension would be for the Northern 1/3 of Wisconsin.
