They are searching for 23 year old Justin Charles Dowell, born on September 28, 1990. He is a white male that stands 5’11” and weighs 160 lbs. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Justin Dowell has felony warrants for his arrest for violation of probation stemming from Financial Transaction Card Fraud, Theft, and Possession of a Controlled Substance cases.
