Do You Know the People or Places In these Duluth Home Movies Filmed in 1938?

Recently I was surfing around YouTube and found a couple of videos posted by someone called 'bonesy99', titled 'DULUTH MN 1938 home movie'.  I was intrigued as to what would be on these videos so I watched them right away.

It's most certainly Duluth and based on the cars and clothes, I don't see any reason that these movies weren't indeed filmed in 1938.  I recognized some of the locations, but I wondered who the people were.

Based on the comments on YouTube, 'bonesy99' didn't film these, nor are they any relation to whoever did. It seems as though the movies were discovered in a box, marked with the aforementioned title, and then 'bonesy99' played them off a projector and captured them with another camera.

What a cool look back in time.  Do you recognize any of the locations featured in the movies?  Better yet, I wonder if we could find out who the people in the movies are?
