Nearly 250 women from around the region gathered in the Sturgeon Lake area for the third annual Dirty Chicks ATV Ride.

Ride coordinator Kimberly Carr said this year's weather was the best she had seen since the inception of the event. Temperatures hovered just above 50 degrees, and beside a few late afternoon sprinkles, the ladies on the ride had beautiful riding conditions.

Beside hitting the trails and making stops at area bars like Ray & Marge’s, The Embassy, and The Endzone Bar; riders donated loads of goods for WINDOW Victim Services (learn more here). Sponsor Benna Ford provided three vans to collect donated items, all of which were loaded up and taken to support the cause.
