Thousands of dental professionals volunteer their time to an annual event called Give Kids A Smile.  Each year, more than 5,000 children receive much-needed dental care and are provided with proper dental care knowledge to keep their teeth healthy.  Do you or someone you know need this service?

I've been going to the same dentist office since before I had teeth.  I remember going with my mom when she had an appointment and couldn't WAIT for the day I got to sit in the dental chair.  I know, crazy right?  Honestly I think laying in the dental chair is SO relaxing, unless of course they are drilling.

Unfortunately, there are lots of kids across the state that have never been to the dentist, not because they don't want to but because their families can't afford to bring them.  Some dentists across the state of Minnesota are in their 14th year of trying to change that by offering free dental care.

There are some stipulations, you have to be 18 years or younger and have your parent or legal guardian with you when you come for the service and you need to schedule your appointment ahead of time.  More than 200 dental offices will be providing the free service in Minnesota.  Locally the free dental clinic will be held on February 5th and 6th and appointments are being taken now..
