Dense Fog Advisory Issued for the Entire Duluth / Superior Area – Find Out How Long It Will Be Foggy in the Twin Ports
Intense fog continues to be an issue for people in Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin, with the National Weather Service issuing a Dense Fog Advisory.
The advisory, which was issued by the National Weather Service in the early evening hours of Tuesday night, warns of heavy fog that makes driving very hazardous with extremely limited visibility expected to continue into tomorrow. Visibility in areas could drop well below a quarter of a mile through the night and continue until 10 am Wednesday, when the advisory is expected to expire. Please slow down and use extra caution while driving.
The warned area includes all of Northeast, Central, and Southern Minnesota, and all of Wisconsin. The current advisory will remain in effect through Wednesday 10/24 at 10 am.
