We’re not going back too far with this weeks Country Throwback, but it’s still hard to believe it’s already been 10 years since we were introduced to the force that is Gretchen Wilson.

This week in 2004 Gretchen Wilson’s ‘Redneck Woman’ was the #1 song on the country singles chart, a position it would hold for an amazing 5 weeks.  It was the first single from her debut album “Here For The Party” and the song would also go on to win a Grammy.

Gretchen continues to actively tour and make music, but let’s take a look at the video that started it all.
