Earlier this week I had the opportunity to see the Eric Church concert in Minneapolis.  It was a fantastic show, with everyone singing along with just about every song.   They not only did this for a very energetic Eric Church, but they also sang along with opening act Dwight Yoakam.

I think Dwight was a perfect opener for Eric and the vibe he puts out.  In honor of that choice, my Country Throwback this week goes back 21 years to one of my favorite Dwight Yoakam songs.

"Ain't That Lonely Yet" was released in March of 1993 and peaked at #2 on the country singles chart.  While Dwight didn't write the song, he did win a Grammy award for Best Male Country Vocal Performance.
