Construction Project Postponed; Duluth Ramp Will Remain Open

Earlier this week you may have heard of a construction project in Duluth that would have closed the Northbound I-535 ramp over Garfield Avenue in Duluth. We have received word that this project is being postponed until further notice. Therefore, the ramp will remain open May 21st.
