Cathy and I went to deliver the check today and found out that it was MCA testing day.  Oops.  Timing could have been better.  (See the look on Cathy's face.) We couldn't see the class, but we did drop of the check for Denfeld Art instructor Terry Norton.  Their class is working on making stained-glass stepping stones for the garden as part of the bigger project "Tomato Man."

The tomato man project has won several service learning northland awards in several local schools.  It's a big project where students are working on building gardens and each receive a tomato plant.

Thanks to maurice's for the $200 grant for Service Learning Northland.
