City of Duluth Will Not Have Casino Case Heard Again in Court Of Appeals

The City Of Duluth appears to have run out of options to get the Fon du Lac Band to share casino profits with the city.
The Northland’s News Center is reporting that the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit has denied the city of Duluth’s appeal to rehear a January case concerning revenue from the Fond du Luth casino.
That is a financial blow to the city, so it will be interesting to see what leaders do in response to these events.
