Have the parking situations in the City of Duluth had you muttering under your breath?  Have you wondered out loud "who can I call"?  Or, have you thought, "I'm not going to say anything, because no one will listen"?

Well, they will if you are sitting on the new Parking Commissions Committee.  Here's the details and the link to an application.

Mayor Don Ness is seeking applications for appointment to the recently reconfigured Parking Commission. The commission investigates and studies on- and off-street parking issues of broad significance occurring in Duluth. Mayoral appointments require approval by the City Council and will require an interview with the City Council. The term of the appointment is for three years. The board meets monthly, and if needed, may meet for special meetings.

Applications may be obtained at the City Clerk's Office,  330 City Hall, or on the city’s website at: www.duluthmn.gov/clerk/boards_commissions/ and must be filed there by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2012.
