Cathy Kates Invites You To Enjoy A Brighton Beach Sunrise [TIME LAPSE]

When Extreme Home Makeover was building a house in Superior and Ken and I were broadcasting our show from there, I watched Glen a photojournalist from WDIO do a time lapse of the build.  It was amazing to watch.  So, when they told me to use the Go-Pro camera with a creative idea, I knew instantly I wanted to do a time lapse and I wanted to share something that I see on a regular basis that you might not.

My husband and I run early in the morning and get to see the sunrise over Lake Superior.  I often think how can I capture that and share it with you?  This is the perfect answer, I hope you enjoy it!
