An amazing love story that started between two teens at St. Jude as they shared a love for music.

Every year, the staff of B105 and KOOL 101.7 work with a number of individuals, community organizations, and businesses to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help in fighting childhood cancer. We want to extend a thank you to everyone that helps with this cause, which is very close to the hearts of many, including us here at the station...

Tracy Jacobsen came out of retirement in 2008 to make bread and share recipes to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.     He made the decision to give back to organizations that have helped him continue to thrive in his life's passion, food and cooking, despite obstacles.

Congratulation to the PIGS Motorcycle Group, they had a second ride/rally and raffle to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  The event held in 2016 was a multi-day event with bands, food, camping, a car show and more.

The Wabegon Bar & Grill has a customer appreciation party every year and this year they decided to make it count for the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  The owner, Paul had tried to do a pasta feed to raise money in the past, but the flood of 2012 cancelled that event.  This first year event was well received and raised a lot of money.

It was a perfect ending to another wonderful Harold's Fiasco season of raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  The trifecta of Harold's Fiascoes, the Flippin' Flapjack Fiasco, the Golf Fiasco and the Hog Roastin' Fiasco raised more money than ever before.  THANK YOU!

Harold Ankrum, Kevin Koen and their crew of incredible volunteers are SUCH kind-hearted, compassionate people.  They start out their fundraising efforts with the Flapjack Fiasco.  Then, the Golf Fiasco and now we're anxiously awaiting the 5th Annual Hog Roastin' Fiasco this Saturday.  The best part is that proceeds benefit the kids of St. Jude Children's Hospital.  Come for the food, fun and enjoy

The rainy weather for Harold’s Golf Fiasco this year didn't cooperate but that didn't stop Harold, his family, the amazing volunteers or the golfers from having a day of laughter and fun.  The event was still on course to be another record breaking day!  I thought last year was a historic amount, but coupled with the Harold's Flippin' Pancake Fiasco the total this year is a astounding $24,000!!!!
