Childhood Memories Revived: Remember Krazy Straws [VINTAGE VIDEO]
My husband and I were talking about drinking through a straw last night and I said, "Remember those crazy straws?  The ones that were all curly? I use to love drinking my chocolate milk through it!"  He said, "YES!  Loved mine, EVERY kid had one of those growing up!"  Really?  Every kid?

Own a Piece of History: Downtown Duluth Superior Street Bricks for Sale
We are seriously considering purchase of these bricks to outline our current sidewalk from garage to house.  I think it's cool that a historic piece of downtown Duluth could be on my property!  What a great conversation piece, plus, for years I've driven over them in my car and on the cycle.  Countless times I've run over them during Grandma's half marathon, it would truly be a piece of memorabili

Ken and Cathy Celebrate the 29th Anniversary of Tetris, One of the Best Selling Video Games of All Times
I busted Ken playing Tetris on his Nintendo Game Boy AGAIN the other day at his desk.  So, when the 29th anniversary date of the game Tetris came up this week, we HAD to talk about it.  I knew of the game Tetris, but never played it until recently, so of course, he was teasing me. It's dubbed as one of the best-selling video games of all times.  Did you play it?

Make no bones about it, this is Waylon Jennings song!  He recorded it in 1980.  He wrote the song and it actually had two versions, one for the hit TV show, The Dukes of Hazzard, and a radio version. It became Waylon's 12th number one hit in Country music.  But, he wasn't the only one singing it and that lead to some confusion.

If you're around my age, you probably once wished for a pair of HASH jeans.  I begged my mother for TWO years, before I finally got a pair of dark brown HASH cords (corduroy). HASH jeans fit most people really well, they had bell bottoms, a double star design and the letters HASH stitched in gold on the back pocket.  Remember?  Did you own a pair?
