Authorities Identify Victim of Carlton County Hit and Run; Suspect Is In Custody

The Carlton County Sheriff's Department has identified the injured victim of a hit and run Sunday morning.  The victim, 43-year-old Michael Howard Norton, was hit while riding his bike at the intersection of Highway 61 and Rolling Road in Thompson Township.

With the public's help, they were also able locate and arrest the suspected driver of the car.
