World War Z Second Trailer Offers No Hope to Fans of the Book [VIDEO]

I previously mentioned how if you're a fan of the World War Z book by Max Brooks, you shouldn't give up on the Brad Pitt movie. Well apparently I was wrong. The second trailer strays even further from the book, and this looks like a pile of crap. I hate to say it, because I would have loved to see the actual story of the book made into a movie. Not this one man saves the day kind of crap.

About a month ago I blogged that the Duluth Public Library was looking for volunteers to restart their Home Delivery Service. . Thanks to those that stepped up to the plate, the Service is about to begin and those who wish to use it need to apply now.

Remember when the bookmobile use to come to your neighborhood? Ok, well...I don't. We didn't have that service in the rural area of Wrenshall when I was growing up. But, I did ride my bike to the Carlton Public Library in the summer, I loved reading! The Duluth Public Library is starting a service reminiscent of the bookmobile, but will use volunteers delivering to shut-ins. What a great idea!

Last week I shared the trailer for World War Z starring Brad Pitt. I knew that the movie was based on a best selling book of the same title written in 2006 by Author Max Brooks. and I'm not a book reader, but I decided I should read a few pages of the book and see what I thought. I read the book in 1 day, I couldn't put it down. Amazing book. Immediately I joined the ranks of book fans that were outraged at what they saw in the trailer.

I WANT ONE! But, I don't know if I could give up my paperback books. My daughter is hooked on hers, but she's young and embraces technology wholeheartedly.
